How to add custom field

The Trouble Ticket Express allows addition of virtually unlimited number of custom fields to your contact forms. The rule is plain simple - any new ticket form input (see the newticket.html template) with a name starting with letter 'x' is considered to be a custom field. The help desk software will automatically add its name and content to the trouble ticket message. In addition, if you have Layout Designer module installed, the value of custom field may be saved in the tickets database. If a custom field is being kept in a database you may add the field into the search filter, show the field as a column in the ticket browser and even edit the value of the field.
